This is the food that will be gracing our dinner table this week. I know it seems a little too organized to have your meals planned out for you, but it saves on money and “what are we going to have for dinner?” thoughts. We don’t have any particular meal assigned to any particular day unless there are ingredients that need to be used right away.
Last night we had the tofu chutney salad on warm tortillas with homemade guacamole and chips on the side. It was a light dinner since we were low on food and headed out to the grocery store right after. Dinner conversation mostly consisted of “what did you do today?” and “what do you want for dinner this week?” I promise, our discussions get more interesting than that. But talking about food is a serious affair and totally consumed our brains.
